White Oak Coffee Table

Coffee and End Tables are made from quartersawn white oak and the tiles are travertine. The entire look of the table can be changed to match a decor by changing the tile. Photos by Monika

Dunkin Dunkin writes: No all the mullins ( sp) are made with a rabbet on both sides and joined to the perimeter frame with mortise and tennon jonery. The space around the tiles is about 1/32 of an inch to allow for a replacement if needed or to change the entire look of the table with new tiles as that are all standard sizes. Pulling the tiles to clean is easy also.

What did you do to accomodate for the outside edge of each tile to prevent dirt and crumbs from getting under the area wood meets tile?
