The Cross

This is a cross I made for one of the bedrooms in our house. It is a simple project but was well received. It is made with curly maple and some African rosewood wood a friend gave me. I liked the contrasting woods and I tried to get the maple to look like rays coming from the cross. Lap joints for the cross and hidden spines for the halo.
