Help Wanted: In Search of an Associate Editor
comments (0) August 27th, 2010 in blogs
In a move some of the editors here at Fine Woodworking are calling treasonous, our sister publication, Fine Homebuilding, seems to have poached one of our very own associate editors! Shocking, I know, but our loss could be your gain. We're in search of a replacement and are sending out the call to our readership.

To give folks an idea of what it's like to work at FWW, I pulled together a few photographs and even found this great video shot by the Wood Whisperer a few years ago. It'll give you an idea of what goes into producing the magazine and offers some drool-inducing footage of our shop. A word of caution though: if you're like me, the shop here at our office can be super-dangerous, especially to those who are married. I find myself behind the bench during every lunch break and for about an hour after work, nearly every single day.
