The lid is made of mahogany and the base is cherry.
It now has some slow closing hinges instead of the chain.

This is a Toy Chest that I made for my sister for christmas. It is made of Brazillian cherry and mahogany. Was kind of a rush job because I had to do it in 5 days but I thought it turned out pretty well.
