If you want a fun trip, check out the League of N.H. Craftsmen's annual fair, happening August 7 to 15, at Mount Sunapee Resort in Newbury, N.H. You'll see a great collection of furniture made by members of the Guild of New Hampshire Woodworkers. You'll also get a chance to see woodworkers in action, in the Guild tent.

The event isn't just for woodworkers, though. I took my family there last year, and everyone had a blast, despite the rain that drenched us that day. You'll see some great work done by a large group of talented artisans. So if you're free in the next week, check it out. It's a great way to spend a day, and it's in a beautiful area of the country.
