Maple & Anigre Conference Table

A friends mom asked if I could build a conference table for her new office. Since she's been such a generous lady to me, I decided to create something special in return.
Solid Maple was used for the legs and edging, and Anigre veneer on MDF for the 48" x 108" top.
I couldn't properly draw the leg configuration I had in my head, so I made a set out of corrugated cardboard to work out any kinks and details.
