100 yr Old House, New Table to Match Existing Woodwork
comments (0) June 1st, 2010 in Reader's Gallery
My father-in-law and I built a 5'x9' Table for my 100 yr old house. I wanted to make it match the beauty and the color of the existing woodwork and look like it was part of the original home.
We designed it from scratch, with the help of my wife. Becasue she was raised in Sydney, Australia, we included the Australian Lacewood inserts around the edge of the top and in each of the legs to give it a more "personal" touch.
