Pillastia w/ flutes and carved detail. Arched Dovetailed baseboards are removable for radiator access. stopped chamfers on inside reveil. Unit petrudes 8 into room and 25 deep, beried into mansard roof
Detail at basecap, dental venting to aid circulation. Pegged tenons and inlays of padauk. bottom shelves pull out to access floor duct that connects desktop cables , elec.outlets etc  to computer in another cabinet built-in

One of a pair of low bookselves built in to a full floor matching home office in Brookline Ma. Cherry with padauk accents, hand-rubbed oil and wax finish. Everything made in-house. Recessed euro baeboard heat under unit. Black round circle on floor in an access panel feed , elec outlets, fiber optics serials etc. from bookshelf feeding to computer in cabinet to the far right. window seat to the far left.
