Steamer Trunk Reproduction

The dimensions of the trunk are from an antique trunk we already owned. The box is made from pine, which was traditional, the ribs from Oak. The metal is was done for me by a local fabricator and the hardware was purchased on line. I departed from tradiion and lined the truck with Cedar. It measures 17 x 34 x 16.

Design or Plan used: My own design - Loren Bechtum (original antique trunk designer unknown)
