Cherry with shellac finish.
Made using stair tread cut offs.
Using a strap clamp for glue up.
With the Thomas Kinkade puzzle it was made for.

Each segment has compound angles on both ends. I used biscuits to strengthen the joints. Polyurethane glue. I used a router for the general shape. Then mounted it to a wheel I made and sanded as it rotated.

I tried a job like that, and the vibrations from the router caused the joints to open up
