Multi-Wood Mirror
comments (0) February 17th, 2010 in Reader's Gallery
My scrap bin pile was getting full after building the bedroom suite. So we combined these with a few other types of wood that I had smaller pieces of to make this mirror frame. There were five different kinds of wood all together: Lacewood, Curly Maple, Mahogany, Walnut, & Cherry. We stained the outer and inner molding pieces to help match our bedroom suite. The frame was made to fit a 30" W x 36" H wall mirror with overall dimensions of 39"W x 45" H.
