Hope Chest I made for a friends wife.

frame and top wood is Jatoba, panels are Maple.

Finish is 2 Coats Watco Danish Oil in Natural Tone

3 coats of General wipe on Urethane, 5 on the top

Top also has 2 coats of Liberon Black Bison wax in Walnut tone.

 

She was pretty happy when it was delivered.  Her husband picked out the design, so she didnt know.


Design or Plan used: Plan was from a Wood Magazine from a few years back
