My first Gun Cabinet, The body is made out of Birch plywood, The trim ,door and middle top is pine. drawer has half blind dovetails. the top barral rest is wrapped all in felt .The bottom stock rest is also completely done in felt. also the top is bolted to the bottom and the bolts are hidden under the stock rest, which is removable. Ths stain is Cherry. I also used water based Poly.
