I made this table with cherry lumber that I harvested from a tree in my yard. I used a ripping blade on my chainsaw and ripped this tree into managlable planks which I dried in my basement then attic for over a year. Then I joined and plained them, cut them to size and started to make this table. I did run out of cherry wood and I had to use red-oak for some of the inlays on the top but over all most of the able is made form the cherry tree that I cut down.
