I rotated the front feet 45 degrees mainly because I thought they needed to be more interesting.
The pull is sitting on top of the side table. It is rather dusty with sawdust as I have not completed the legs yet or the clear.
A bit of the inside of the other side table. Since they look the same I thought that my grain wasnt so interesting that it had to be seen twice.

This is my first project post on FWW. Most certinly not up to what the other members create. But hey, I am in the beginning phase and liked these more than the various benches and cabinets I've made. I made the top out of 3/4 Red Oak Ply and rounded the edges while leaving them exposed. I was drawn to the natural look of the edges and really worked them to get them really even and smooth looking and feeling. The cases are made out of recycled boards from former living room furniture with a light touch of stain to off set the top and the pulls. THe drawer fronts received two coats of stain while the case got one and I think the top ended up around five. The legs for all peices are Oak1.5" stock with beveled edges and two coats of stain.

Design or Plan used: It's a box with legs, can I really claim it as my own design?
