I designed this box to express how a visit to the ocean makes me feel.The wind blown sand,surf,driftwood.I like the organic,natural feel to this box...it encourages people to touch it.

Jurgen, I use a 4'' angle grinder, a Makita with a sanding disk or a flap sander, then a randon orbit 4'' sander to smooth everything out.Sometimes a Dremel as needed and chisels a little.
