Grass' Unisoft adjustable soft-close works with virtually any self-closing hinge.

With my bedroom over the kitchen, I've wanted those very cool (and expensive) soft-close cabinet hinges for years, but buying new cabinets or even new hinges wasn't in the budget. Now there's a very cool solution from Grass. Their Unisoft soft close can be added to older cabinets or used on new ones and they work with frameless and face-frame designs (any overlay). But the best part: they cost $2.50 each.
The rep working the booth gave me a pair to try out. I'll let you know how they work. Maybe I can get them installed by Sunday, so I can get a little extra sleep this weekend.

Spend a little more time on your research and a little less listening to Rep's at trade shows.
