This walnut and birdseye cabinet stands over 8 feet tall.
Bottom half is for hand carving tools and the top is for planes and other hand tools
The top has storage on the inside of the doors and plenty of drawers for carving tools.
I have room inside the doors for various small items including squares, saws and marking tools.
The main cabinet stores hand planes and larger items
The bottom half is dedicated to storage of carving tools.
Each tools is secure and I am easily able to find the right size quickly.
I incorporated a hidden drawer in the top part of the cabinet for those special tools

I needed a tool box in my workshop to hold all my carving tools and hand tools.  I had tools in rolls, different cabinets and boxes.  When I needed something it took time to find their hiding spot.

This walnut and birdseye maple toolbox is just what any workshop needs!

With handcut dovetails on the carcass and drawers, broken pediment top, and ebony and holly fans on the doors.

Now everything has a place to go and I still have room to grow.
