Cabinet Makers Tool Chest
comments (2) May 28th, 2009 in Reader's Gallery
Patterned after turn of the century English and American cabinet makers tool chests. This one is made of 1" heart pine. It's 38" wide x 24" deep x 22" high. There is a sliding tray to seperate additional storage in the bottom from the "tills." The large till is for saws and the others hold miscellaneous tools. All dovetails in the chest and tills are hand cut. Various veneers were used to complete the chest.
