  Except for interior veneering, entire project is cherry.  
  Opening locked door shows hidden compartments behind.  
Twelve box-jointed drawers have sliding cubicles inside each one. Drawer fronts are veneered with pommele sepele. Cherry pulls match compartment divisions. 
Marquetry floral design inside is pommele sepele with other dyed and sand-shaded veneers.

My purpose was to design something unique and practical. The project is a wall clock with hidden compartments for jewelry, keepsakes, or collectibles.
