Jewelery Manikin (Cherry-Maple)

This American-Cherry and Red-Oak segmented Jewelery Manikin was made from shop discards for my granddaughter's 13th birthday. The hat top holds rings, the hat brim rotates plus it has holes for receiving pierced ear rings, necklaces are wrapped arround the manikin's sholders, and miscellaneous items are placed in the bottom tray. Following glue-up the segmented manikin's body was bandsaw formed then shapped with a rotary carving tool and sanders. The 12-segmented hat brim and bottom tray were formed using a bandsaw, router and sanders, following glue-up.
