Some time ago, my brother-in-law Ken handed me a sack of wooden parts that were once an antique oak coffee table. The table had just fallen apart over time. He thought maybe I could reuse the wood for something. A few months later, on his 50th birthday, I presented him with this toolbox -- made entirely of wood from his old oak table. He loves it.

Design or Plan used: Plan for the toolbox came from a woodworking magazine

What a great pleasure creating something new and useful out of wood that would otherwise go to the landfill. Like the inventor of the Nail Jack and Nail Hunter says "wood it ain't just growing on trees folks"!! My Nail Hunter is my secret weapon of choice! Check it out!
