The primary woods are sapele and soft maple, with Birds eye maple & ebony accents. The handles are also Ebony. The spline in the doors and drawer was a natural split in a large slab of soft maple. The piece took approximately 421 hours to complete and is finished with General Finishes Seal-A-Cell: Clear & General Finishes Gel Topcoat:Satin. The dimensions are: D:27 1/4" x W: 84 1/4" x H: 37". This was a custom design i did for the client. She wanted something that gave her a feeling of being in the forest but more modern than rustic. She gave me complete freedom with this piece just gave me a little inspriation and what purpose it needed to serve then turned me loose. i
