Made for a friend from Arve with contrasting Bubinga edging
Before dovetailing the sides, I glued a strip of Bubinga of the same thickness to the board to contrast the pins.

The Chest of Drawers (120x87x47cm) is entirely made of Arve. The wood has a very pleasant smell to it, but is also very soft, which easily leads to dents. The Bubinga elements on the front were done by first routing a 4mm wide groove into the drawer fronts and then gluing a strip the same thickness into the recess.
