This standing jewelry cabinet is made of maple, walnut, cherry and mahogany.  It stands about 4 feet tall and is about 20 inches wide.  It is finished with wet sanded satin poly.

The main cabinet is made up of maple ripped to a 3/4 inch width and re-glued with the quartersawn face outward.  This produces the lines in the sides and provides some chatoyance from the tiny maple flecks.  The corners are applied walnut.

The interior has three dovetailed drawers lined with adhesive felt. The ring drawer has foam rolls covered with felt simply jam fit.

The design is my own but draws from art deco, mission, and Asian styles.
