This Cherry and Maple Cabinet was inspired by Christian Becksvoort's article on routing custom panels; FWW #211. The router arcs have a sound wave appearance and the African Blackwood door pulls are shaped like speaker schematic symbols to maintain the theme.   The real functional beauty to the pierced panels is they allow cooler ambient room air into the cabinet while the warm air heated by the stereo components is allowed to  rise out beneath the raised top. Danish Oil and Lakeone piano wax finish.
