I decided to do another larger nail sculpture. This is of Van Goghs Starry Night and is 22" x 30" The frame is mahogany and the nails are pounded into two layers of plywood. I did drill pilot holes for the larger nails. This peice took over 100 hours and 20 fine cigars to build.
