I built this for my wife. I downloaded the rooster pic from the internet. My wife punched all 4 panels by hand. I also made one for my nephew & his wife for this past Christmas, but it had a Apple pic on the metal.

I used 3/4 parts Fruitwood stain, and then alittle Cherry, mixed and applied to a piece of Popular then added a bit more until i got the color i wanted. Stained the pie safe, sanded very little, and sprayed with Satin Acrylic.
