Saw an article asking if CNC had any place in fine furniture, thought I would share an old project. Constructed of Baltic birch plywood cut into 3" rips, glued back up moving edges to face. Headboard consists of 3 panel 4' x 6' for a totall dimension of 12' x 6' and features wardrobe on backside. Each 4' x 6' panel took about 8 hrs to shape on machine. I then spent over 100 hrs sanding lines out of wavy surface. One of a few pieces I have built for Min/Day architects over the years and definitly one of their more challenging designs. Glad that job is over.

Design or Plan used: Min/Day
