Top was glued up but I was able to find two boards that matched well. Almost looks like one board.
Had a good time hand planing the bevels on the underside of the top. The drawer front was cut from the front apron which creates a good grain match and the ebony cockbead adds some nice contrast.
The curved spinner drawer was challenging but fun to build.

I made some minor tweek's to Garrett's plans and wood selection.  The legs are cherry. Aprons and top are maple. Drawer bottom is Douglas fir. Ebony "socks" give the legs a chocolate dipped appearance. The inlay around the drawer handle was slightly modified. Polyurethane gel finish. A fun and challenging project. Just entered the table in a contest in Phoenix. Won 3rd prize. The table will be in display at Practical Art gallery in downtown Phoenix for a few weeks.
