My wife asked me to make a jewelry box and I checked my firewood pile for some ideas. The top panel is American Elm from a chunk of firewood.  The top frame and box sides are from two small cherry scraps with very different shades of red.  the pull is carved out of ebony. There is a sliding tray with divider also made of cherry.

The design came from a magazine, but I don't remember who the designer was. If someone recognizes this please let me know.
