The Suspended Box
comments (0) March 25th, 2009 in Reader's Gallery
I wanted the legs to appear to be holding up the top and the box itself to look as if it was suspended. The sides are mahogany, embedded with maple and paduk. The top is lacewood. The wood is either bleached or ebonized. The box measures 6.5" square, 6" high.
