Blue Chair

This chair started life as a mock up for a different design that features enameled wooden slats for the seat and back. I also had a bag of of factory second fishing stringers that a friend had given me years ago laying around shop. I had never attempted to weave a chair prior to this but was interested in mix of the mock up and vibrant nylon stringers. Once I figured out what pattern would work and got to weaving, I really enjoyed it. I was very happy with results that color variations in nylon provided. I will post the slat version when complete.
