Here is my grandaughter's Shaker inspired changing table, solid cherry construction, 5 coat tung oil finish, hours of pleasure in the shop. (inspired by Michael Pekovich's Cherry Chest of Drawers FW May/June 2004)

Jurgen01 Jurgen01 writes: Very nicely done. I built one similar to this from my youngest granddaughter. It had a removable top (false lid) and was later converted to a dresser for her bedroom. The child and the dresser are still going strong. Your changing table will be appreciated for many years to come and will, no doubt, be handed down through the generations. Good work, Grandpa!
