RoyC RoyC writes: Thank you. I used photos and measurements provided in Krenov's book "A Cabinetmaker's Notebook." I changed the handle from the original tabs protruding over the sides to a simpler ebony bar in front and used pegged mortise and tenon joints in the lid instead of bridle joints. The rails supporting the tray are glued into dadoes in the front and rear panels.

techwoody techwoody writes: Great job. I like the way you inter-mix the wood. I was wondering how you have the top tier setting on? You can hardly see since the wood is so dark. I like to make one for myself. Is there a pattern for it?
