Aurora Chest of Drawers
comments (0) October 24th, 2012 in Reader's Gallery
Greene and Greene style is the main influence for this chest of drawers, but Darrell Peart added pulls that allude to Krenov as well. Like Peart's other "Aurora" designs this piece has a cloud-lifted arch passing through the uppermost drawers. This time he put a could-lift on the bottom of the chest too. "This design feels very Asian to me with its overhanging top and splayed legs," said Peart.
