Japanese-style Coffee Table
comments (0) October 24th, 2012 in Reader's Gallery
The design of Hucker’s coffee table grew out of his experiences in Japan and his interest in bridges. The table mixes through-tenons, linen lashing, and bronze keys -- articulate joinery that is inventive and expressive. The piece is made from beefwood, bronze, and waxed linen cord. It is finished with oil.
