ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Gary Rogowski
Portland, Oregon
This guy wrote the book on joinery, so there's no better expert to turn to for a workshop on sturdy wedged-tenon construction. Rogwoski is a long-time Fine Woodworking contributor and authored The Complete Illustrated Guide to Joinery in 2002. In 1997, he opened his own woodworking school, the Northwest Woodworking Studio where he's offered to teach this exact same project as a class. He's also starred in numerous videos including a DVD on router joinery, the dovetail and sharpening doctor series, and a video workshop on building a small table.
