The Benchtop Slide Mount is a heavy-duty pivoting bracket that attaches to just about any bench. A stout one-piece rail system attaches to the bottom of the bench, providing tracks for a roller assembly and swivel plate. It took less than an hour to install the bracket and bolt my bench grinder to the plate. Then I simply slid the tool forward and up on the bench, where it stayed firmly in place. The Benchtop Slide Mount works on benchtop thicknesses ranging from 1-3/4 in. to 4-1/2 in. and accepts tools weighing up to 75 lb., such as benchtop bandsaws, miter saws, and scrollsaws.
