At the International Woodworking Fair (IWF) in Atlanta, machinery maker Rikon introduced a new 14-in. bandsaw to its line-up that caught our eye. Rikon's Deluxe model No. 10-325 bandsaw -- the second 14-in. model to be released by the Boston-based company -- has a number of upgrades that woodworkers should like.

In this video, Fine Woodworking contributing editor Roland Johnson takes a look at the bandsaw on display in Rikon's booth at IWF. The steel-frame design features a 13-in. resaw capacity and an extra-wide table with almost 14 in. of cross-cut capacity. It is expected to be available by October 2006 and sell for around $750.
