White Qtrd Sawn Oak 48" x 72" 2 leaf dining table.

Constructed with Greene and Greene accents on apron, maple pinned (ebony pin caps) mortised and tenon joinery attaching apron to legs. Overlap covers attached to aprons to hide space between aprons on leaf when closed

Finished using Michaels Cherry stain and several coats of clear satin wipe-on poly.

Design or Plan used: My own design

Tim_Varner Tim_Varner writes: Beautiful project. Can't seem to find a decent supplier for Qtr Sawn White Oak here in Alaska.

I'm also trying to come up with the Michael's Cherry stain for my own wood working project and haven't been able to find any. Your help would be much appreciated.

Thanks.
