Wife's Demilune Table
comments (1) December 31st, 2008 in Reader's GalleryMy wife asked for a Half-moon table. She asked if I could make the top out of Zebrawood, of course I said yes. This gave me a chance to work with a type that I have not used before. I was a bit late getting this done for Christmas. I finished it last night. Still the same she is very happy with it.
It is made with zebrawood, zircote, maple and walnut. The walnut was used to help keep the cost down. It is used as a backer to the zircote.
