Mountain Dulcimer, Gavels, Boxes
comments (0) December 30th, 2008 in Reader's Gallery
The Mountain Dulcimer for my Mom is bookmatched cherry top and bottom, with a walnut fingerboard.
The gavels were turned from Texas Mesquite my Dad brought up for me and walnut, respectively. They are for my brother and sister-in-law.
The boxes are for my sisters-in-law, out of red cedar (designed to be reminiscent of a steamer trunk) and another one out of walnut and spalted maple with an Asian flair and a live edge handle
I definitely felt like Santa Claus this year
Design or Plan used: My own design
