Honduran Mahogany Entry Door based on Gustav Stickley's door for his house built in 1904.  Commissioned for a new home.  101 x 42 x 2 1/8.  Haunched mortise and tenon construction throughout.  The joints came out very tight and the the new owners were extremely pleased with it.  This is my biggest project to date and was definitely a challenge.  I knew the door was huge, but the first time I saw it standing was when we delivered it (it was too tall to stand up in the shop).  Seeing it standing, and how small I look next to it, really gives a better impression of the size of this door.  Should make a very impressive statement once it's been hung in the home.
